How to place an order:
 
Our highly personalized cookies require the utmost attention so you are pleased with every detail. Therefore, please use our Order Form to submit your order. We must have an order form for every order. Look for our on-line store in the near future.
 
2 week lead time is required. Orders can be rushed, but at least 3 days notice is required for rush orders and extra fees will apply. All rushed orders will incur a fee of $5.00 extra per dozen. We strongly encourage you to place your order at least a month in advance of your event.
 
Payment is required in full 10 days prior to shipping to guarantee your order.

We accept, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards with a Visa/Mastercard logo. We do not accept American Express. There is a 25% up front charge for orders over 4 dozen.
 
Order Processing and Delivery:
 
We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. With our standard delivery service, we generally ship same business day, and orders arrive within 2 business days to most locations.
 
There is a $5.00 handling charge per every 2 dozen cookies. This is to minimize breakage upon shipment of cookies.
  
If you need your cookies to arrive by a specific date, please specify when ordering.
 
Breakage
 
JoXaMa Cookies takes much care in shipping all of our cookies. For our hand-decorated cookies, each cookie is individually wrapped in cellophane with coordinating ribbon and then individually wrapped in bubble wrap.  We apologize but because our cookies are custom ordered we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
 
If your order should arrive with broken cookies, please take photo proof to E-mail to us (within 24 hours of receipt) of all the broken cookies and the packaging.
 
On every order insurance is included up to $100.00 per shipment. If your order should become damaged during transit, we will assist you in placing a claim.
 
For orders that were denied your claim, we will give you a company credit for each cookie that arrived completely broken (minor damage not included). We will need photo proof and a copy of the denied claim prior to extending you company credit.
 
Ingredients
 
We use all-purpose flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and pure almond or vanilla extract in our butter cookies. Our icing is Royal Icing (Confectioner's Sugar, meringue powder and artificial colors).
 
Our cookies contain no preservatives. We recommend consumption within 2 weeks for best taste. Cookies are still good for up to 1 month if frozen (not refrigerated).  However, to ensure freshness, our cookies are made to be consumed on arrival.
 
Cookie Variations
 
All of our treats are made by hand. With this in mind, please note that there may be slight differences between the cookies you will receive and the cookies shown on the website or images sent to you by E-mail. On occasion our cookies will change colors during transport or after receipt. This is more common with darker colored cookies.  Please Do Not refrigerate your cookies! Condensation will ruin the icing on the cookies.
 
Sales Tax
We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
