A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of the order to secure your date. Final payment due 10 days prior to shipping/delivery. We do not start any orders until full payment is received. Orders canceled by customer will be refunded minus the 25% non-refundable fee. If order has been started prior to cancellation, credit only towards a future order will be given.
Cookie prices vary depending on design, colors and level of intricacy.
One dozen minimum for local orders. Two dozen minimum for out-of-state orders.
Cookies start at $3.50 each (simple design)
Logo and Character cookies start at $4.00 each
Cake pops start at $2.50 each
Three week lead time is required on all orders being shipped.
Two week lead time required on local orders. One week depending on cookie design.
We will accommodate rush orders at our discretion but it will incur a $5.00 per dozen rush order fee. Rush orders are any orders that we receive during the week of your event.
All out-of-state orders are shipped via-FedEx. In-state orders are delivered contact-less within 60 miles (delivery charge will depend on location). All deliveries are left at address and text or email confirmation will be sent. Delivery is $15 for the first 30 miles.
Orders over 60 miles will be shipped via-FedEx. Delivery/shipping is waived for new customers with the exception of dessert/candy table.
